1. Uses the automated scheduling system, following established policies and procedures to accurately schedule surgical and invasive procedures and pre-operative visits.
2. Efficiently manages the schedules for areas of responsibility.
3. Monitors and adjusts the Operating Room schedule throughout the day to optimize the surgeon's time.
4. - Experience with clinical procedure scheduling and/or registration process
- Knowledge of computer operations, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology
