Job Summary -

Under the general supervision of the Radiology Services Director and direct supervision of the Radiology Services Supervisor and according to established policies and procedures, performs mammography and diagnostic radiology procedures and examinations. Work is of a confidential nature.Minimum Education

Associate’s degree - RequiredRequired Licenses

Radiologic Technologist and Technician

- An Associate degree in Radiologic Science (or equivalent) is required.

- Must be ARRT Registered Radiologic technologist and in good standing.

- Certification and in good standing in Mammography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) also required.BLS required, or obtained during first week of hire

Required Skills

The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.One year of experience as a radiologic technologist preferredJob: Radiology/Imaging Services Organization: Title: Mammography Tech Location: NC-Wilson Requisition ID: 7462-8374
