Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Core responsibilities:

Adherence to cycle count policy

Generating cycle count plan

Generating cycle counts

Generating re-counts

Audit/Spot checks of cycle counts

Adjustment submittal

SAP adjustment transactions

Reporting completion

Reporting accuracy

Support responsibilities:

Generate counts for fast moving material.

Monthly cycle count of location SALT

Weekly count adjustment of location F545

Quarterly cycle count of all O-stock locations (OXXX)

Physical inventory execution

Halon Transactions (BULK/BULB)

Cycle Count training

Material Handling training

Promotion of good material handling practice throughout the plant.

Maintain documentation/records for audit compliance.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 4 year of relevant experience.

In absence of a HS diploma or GED, 6 years of relevant experience is required.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

The ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office, shipping carrier manifest software, and labeling.

Demonstrated ability to efficiently and accurately complete data entry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail in order to ensure safety and quality.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

The ability to work in a team to support work capacity in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate computer skills in terms of typing, navigating screens and learning new software programs.

Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to take direction from more experienced coworkers, leads and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using an ERP desired. SAP experience is preferred.

Current training in appropriate shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping, government, international, ocean air, parcel and LTL truck shipments. Maintain as required.

Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.

HazMat certification

Prior experience with government packaging

Customer portal experience
