We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage daily operations and customer transactions for a medical supply company.
Responsibilities:
Meet customers for scheduled pickups and drop-offs
Verify company standards for products
Handle cash payments and provide receipts
Keep transaction and inventory records organized
Communicate with customers by phone, text, and messaging apps
Coordinate mail-in orders and deliveries as needed
Requirements:
Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
Comfortable handling cash and interacting with customers
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic phone and computer skills
Experience in sales, customer service, retail,
Compensation:
Hourly pay + commission
Paid bi weekly
