Job Type: Full-time, $12.00 /hour
CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling via phone and email
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Open call records/Close Call Records: Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, Communicating and coordinating with staff as necessary
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Shipping Customer replacement parts through Fed Ex or UPS
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellations
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Make recommendations to management as needed.
Requirements:
+ Quick Learner with a Positive Demeanor
+ Dependable Transportation with a Valid License
+ Ability to consistently be on time for work Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
+ Proven successful customer service support experience
+ Strong phone skills with excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
+ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
+ Above Average Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
