Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR or employee experience roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level position.
Additional Skills (required):
Proven expertise in designing and implementing employee experience programs.
Strong strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and employee engagement tools.
Additional Skills (preferred): Certification in employee experience preferred.
