Executive Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The role involves supporting high-level executives within the telecom provider industry. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, the ideal candidate will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, proficient in a variety of software tools, and have exceptional communication skills.Responsibilities: Manage executives' calendars, set up meetings and appointments, and coordinate executive communications. Utilize software such as Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for daily tasks. Perform administrative duties such as documentation and correspondence. Assist in planning and preparation for important business meetings and events. Handle confidential information and communications with discretion. Collaborate with various internal departments, acting as a liaison for the executive suite. Contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Requirements Proficiency in using Concur for expense reporting and reimbursement. Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites including Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling. Experience with About Time for time tracking and task management. Proficiency in Calendar Management for scheduling and coordinating meetings. Ability to handle Correspondence professionally and effectively. Experience supporting C-Suite executives, demonstrating high levels of discretion and confidentiality. Strong Documentation skills, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents.
