The Folder/Gluer Operator is responsible for the overall production of the machine and the quality of the work produced.
Duties include:
- Setting up and operate the machine, including reviewing of production master for pertinent information, keeping up with production records, and reporting.
- Responsible for the efficiency of the machine and timely completion of orders.
- Responsible for coordinating rake-off personnel, as well as the accuracy of load tags and unitizing.
- Evaluating production quality; bring any concerns to the attention of the appropriate supervisor.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory supplies such as glue.
- Adhere to routine maintenance is spelled out in the Preventive Maintenance procedures.
- Troubleshooting production issues that may arise and inform the maintenance department of possible equipment problems.
- Working with production supervisor to meet production schedule.
- Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
- Working in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monday-Friday, some weekends and evenings required
