Description We are offering an opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and overseeing recruitment. This role also entails providing HR training to the leadership team, maintaining personnel records, and addressing employee relations issues.Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring all hiring processes are adhered to. Provide strategic guidance and training to the leadership team on HR matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all employees. Address and resolve any employee relations issues that arise, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment. Act as a resource for the leadership team, providing insights and advice on HR policies and procedures. Oversee the management of employee relations, fostering a positive relationship between staff and the organization. Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems effectively for HR management. Prepare Union Reports as required, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Ensure benefit functions are carried out efficiently, addressing any issues or queries from employees. Demonstrate proficiency in using Paycom and other HR software to streamline HR processes. Requirements Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role Proven track record in handling Employee Relations Demonstrable experience with Hiring Processes Proficient in using Paycom HR management software Experience working with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems Familiarity with preparing and interpreting Union Reports PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification is preferred SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification is advantageous Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
