Design and Detail overhead lifting equipment. Components include Hoists, End Trucks, Bridge Girders, Spreader Bars. Size motors, shafts, beams, columns. Coordinate work with other engineering disciplines. Provide engineering support to sales, shop and field personnel as required. Prepare fabrication, installation and machining drawings using SolidWorks 3D design software. Create crane fabrication and installation drawings using SolidWorks. Sizing and selecting gear/motors for hoisting and driving equipment in accordance with industry standards and guidelines (CMAA, ANSI, ASME). Sizing bridge girders, runway beams and columns in accordance with industry standards and guidelines (CMAA, ANSI, ASME). Design and detail below-the-hook lifting devices in accordance with industry standards.Qualifications: Prepare and compile Owner’s Manuals and submittal documents. Interface with PHC personnel from shop, service, sales, installation, shipping, and purchasing to help ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of our product.
