The Senior Brand Manager - Caffeine is a strategic role for Reynolds American that will work to enable us to grow new business outside of nicotine. This role will lead the workstreams that explore opportunities in the space of caffeine pouches. Discover, evaluate and develop opportunities in caffeine pouch space

Ownership of Creative and Commercial workstreams of ongoing and upcoming projects

Lead operational plan development to commercialize projects (1-2 year time horizon)

Coordinate with commercial teams to scope and size opportunities (consumer base, revenue, share and profit)

Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams including: Ops, R&D, Legal, & External Relations to build integrated cross-functional plans

Ensure that corporate strategy and regulatory guidelines are handled and met across all marketing initiatives

Lead third party partners and collaborators to integrate solutions.

Cross-functional collaboration with partners including; Legal, Trade Marketing, Regulatory, External Relations, Consumer Insights.

Provide insights in collaboration with Strategy and Planning and other business partners to support recommendation

Resolve overall objectives, strategies aligned to category brand plans in collaboration with brand’s key collaborators(ie: activation) and agency partners.

Effectively communicate expectations to team members across the organization to influence decision making that are related to their scope of work.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s Degree required

5 + years relevantmarketing experience

Shown expertise in marketing management fundamentals

Demonstrated track record of successful, innovative problem solving and leadership that resulted in business improvement

Track record of innovation within marketing & communications: a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership

Functional Area expertise and working understanding of the marketing process

Confirmed ability to passionately lead and empower a successful marketing team to achieve outstanding performance

Excellent communication, problem-solving & influencing skills, including personal presentation, emails and building presentation

BENEFICIAL

Graduate Degree (MBA) preferred

Experience in sales/trade/distribution preferred

Strong brand and design acumen a plus
