We are seeking experienced:
Management and Assistant Management
Professional Dining Experience:
Knowledge of wine, proper fine dining service, time management, and experience on a POS system.
Able to speak with customers, and direct front of house staff.
Good organizational skills, and confident demeanor.
Diplomatic with employees and kitchen staff.
Confident actions especially during busy times, great organizational skills.
Job Requirements:
Warm, friendly, and passionate
Ability to perform in a high volume fast paced work environment
Prior restaurant experience is preferred
