- To go into the home of the client to do initial assessments before service begins.
- RNs will establish a care plan specific to each client.
- The nurse will be responsible for reassessing clients and revising/updating care plans every 90 days.
- RNs lead new hire orientations for caregivers.
- Our nurses also serve as a resource person for caregivers, clients, and families and will help address questions/issues that may arise.
Perhaps one of the best features of this position is flexibility of schedule. Yes, you will have to coordinate with the families we serve but you will make your own schedule.
Pay is $28 per hour and the work is on as needed basis. There is also a mileage reimbursement. The expected range is around 20-40 hours per month.
