We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Carpenter's Helper/Laborer to join our team!
As a Carpenter's Helper/Laborer, you will play an essential role in assisting our skilled carpenters with a variety of tasks on residential and commercial construction sites. If you are eager to learn the trade, have a strong work ethic, and are physically capable of handling construction tasks, we want to hear from you!
We are offering $20-$30 hr, insurance, 2 week's vacation, 1-week personal days, including sign on bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and organization of materials for carpentry projects
Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under the supervision of carpenters
Carry, load, and unload building materials to and from the job site
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in the installation and finishing of carpentry elements like framing, drywall, trim, and more
Perform general labor tasks as required (digging, lifting, cleanup, etc.)
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters
Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment
Previous experience in construction or carpentry
Ability to work efficiently and maintain focus on tasks
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Requirements:
Proven experience in your respective field.
Ability to work well with a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Your own Vehicle/Drivers license
Must have own tools/equipment (if applicable).
