ProCoat, Inc is based out of Winston-Salem, NC. We specialize is underground utility infrastructure rehabilitation.
We are a young company that is growing fast. We currently have two crews based in Winston, and one crew based out of Orlando Florida. Currently, we have work in Winston-Salem NC, Yadkinville NC, Miami FL, Daytona Beach FL, Asheville NC, Columbia SC, Raleigh NC, Wytheville VA, Boydton VA, Chappel Hill NC, Anderson SC, Ashburn GA, and much more.
Our crews apply cementitious and epoxy materials to the walls inside the underground structures. It is a specialized trade that we can teach to our new employee. Our new hire must have a driver license and will need to be comfortable driving large trucks and trailers. Our truck set up is generally a F350 pulling a 20ft trailer, but sometimes we run even larger trucks such as a F550. Common sense and general knowledge of mechanics is also a priority.
We work locally as well as travel. New hire should be prepared to stay overnight for work. We provide hotels and per diem, as well as competitive pay. When working out of town, we do come home for weekends. Some weeks are a 4-day week, working 12 hour days. Overtime happens almost weekly, and 60 plus hours is not uncommon.
ProCoat has a footprint all over the Southeast, and we are taking this company nationwide quickly.
