As Plain and simply as we go to a clients home that I've setup an appointment with, they come out to greet use. We hand them our biz card, a simple hello there. We ask the client to show use what or where to start Then you follow this client with measuring wheel in hand to measure a backyard and write down the info on a pad as you take the measurement, SEE IMAGES Side 1, 2, 3 4 the customer will show use where to start and stop, once finished usually no more than 5 - 10 min max you come back to the driveway and have the client as well to come back to the company truck where you can hand off the info to me, I & we will discuss details with client, we leave and of to next joy ride
Congrates as you've completed one survey assessment of a possible new customer which you may get a commission for if we are selected for the jobber.

back and fourth phone tag that is. text me, and text them. they call us and want a estimate then we try call them and there out of town for two week after several afternoon and evening attempts to connect with these folk, when we should be trying to work with the here and now for tomorrow and this week, this is how people really do!

So in this situation we would ask you to come on in if all possible and you'll make the commission straight then and there plus the hours. We try and make it worth while team work

For beginnings roughly starting times certain days will start around between as early as 11 - 12 noon, it's -usually 1- 2:00pm till 6:30 maybe 7:30 pm as the time is turning forward soon - possible 9pm once in a while per that days situation, by the time we get back to home base as that the last estimate may have been @8:15pm - 8:30pm per customer request or that's as quick as we could get there before dark s we are 30 miles out from its location and 20 -30 minute back to base ( Insider here, you get paid per hour until we get back, isn't that really nice of me?
We have to working around clients schedule people getting home after work or more flexible in afternoons evenings etc.
We work in and around the weather.
You being a outdoors person and not made of butter can handle a little unfavored weather if that's what the day gives us. Few in & out showers not to big a deal.
If it is a constraint rain or washout obviously we will reschedule.
Client would not want to come out and walk around in there yard in the pouring rain, no brainer!
THIS ONE OF THE UP MOST -IMPORTANTS AS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GO OUT ON SATURDAYS MAYBE A SUNDAY SOME TIMES! If we can get a lineup of appointments its prime time for homeowner of class working people that have income to afford a nice new fence for there home & family!

2. You Really need to live with in 20 -30 minutes Colfax, Kernersville, N High Point , NC area, No others considered.
2.1 Again, We will be going out in the company truck! NO NEED TO USE YOUR GAS OR VEHICLE EXPENSE.
