Pref or really really need to be around 5'10"ft or taller around 200 lbs. In order to better operate various machine auger equipment.

Exper: Prefer but no mandatory, will train the right people.
Construction Workers needed Immediately. You need to be able to (work at a steady pace).
Some of the jobs are a bit labor us some aren't. If you've done hard landscaping, block masonry, concrete or roofing then your good.
Can work in all types of weather condition, just because its raining or a litle cold does'nt mean we cant work in or around it !
Unload & care materials. Some hand digging for4 x 4 & 6 x 6 fence posts ( we try to keep this at a min by drilling hole with various machine auger.
Using framing nail guns circular saw level and read a tape well.. Ware a tool belt w/ hammer. Common sense & basic skills
If you can't get material put up or follow simple instructions then please do not waste our time or yours!
Not a fread of a shovel or post hole digger.
We plan our day around having the appropriate man power around getting projects built.
