Looking for an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, provide an estimate, and repair a non-functioning downstairs AC unit. The unit recently emitted smoke throughout the home and has since stopped running.
Preliminary checks show proper voltage at the panel, AC disconnect, and up to the unit. However, there is voltage on the line side but none on the load side within the AC unit itself.
