We are a busy growing construction company looking for a dependable individual with online QuickBooks experience to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the go to person for an organization, communication and accounting support in a fast paced hands on environment.
Job Requirements:
Manage day to day office operations and administrative tasks
Process accounts payable and invoicing,
Filing, maintaining project files, vendor records, and subcontractor documentation
Assist with obtaining contracts, permits and insurance certificates and w-9
Coordinating schedule's, handle calls, emails and support management as needed
Order Materials and Office Supplies as requested
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as an office admin or bookkeeper preferably in the construction industry
Proficiency with QuickBooks online
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail with a knack for keeping projects on track
Comfortable with google docs (which is same as Microsoft office)
Team player with great communication skills
