I will be acquiring a trailer as part of a real estate deal. This is a rental property, but I have not been in to assess it. I will be able to do so at the beginning of November.
I imagine there will be issues requiring caulking, etc as this property is not new. Looking for someone who can quickly assess and come up with a game plan. This will not be a full renovation.
