Apothecary & Co LLC is a holding company that started in April 2019 and formed to serve the community with quality cannabis products. Since then, we have established brands from Longleaf Provisions Company, Cooper Lake Cannabis, Twin City Treats, High Road Reserve, and Melting Mary. We have expanded into 4 retail locations, 1 distribution company, an indoor grow facility, and a cannabis infused beverage line.
ApCo is hiring a retail employee to help serve our clients and may have availability at multiple locations. This role is where most employees in our company start. Pay starts anywhere between $12.00 & $15.00 per hr until your quarterly evaluation; at which point you will be eligible for a compensation increase and benefits. ApCo is big on identifying individual's strengths and promoting within, and with year over year growth there is always room for promotion.
Job Duties:
Open & Close stores to Company Standards
Maintain cleanliness of facilities. This includes but is not limited to, windows, sales floor, bathrooms & breakroom.
Serve all clients with first class store experience (Chick-fil-a)
Positively engage with clients to find the proper product for their needs.
Become knowledgeable of all products we sell and learn about the endocannabinoid system and terpene profiles.
Other duties from management to help assisting the business.
What are we looking for?
1+ years of retail storefront / customer service experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma / GED preferred.
A team player who can collaborate with others
The ability to communicate with cross-department personnel.
Self-starter with extreme attention to detail.
A passion for the hemp / cannabis industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants must be 21 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.

Final interview with leadership
Upon completion of all rounds, and if accepted, you will be sent a training packet and scheduled for 1 – 2 weeks of paid training. If all mentors sign off, we will send a job offer and assign a schedule.
