Description:
Burish Builders Triad is seeking motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point (Piedmont Triad area).
We are an established construction company specializing in high-quality roofing services. Our ideal candidates are self-starters with strong sales skills who are ready to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for residential and commercial roofing projects.
- Sell roofing services and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Meet with insurance adjusters and manage claim submissions.
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, including managing the build and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect payment upon completion of the project.
Compensation:
- No base salary; commission-based pay structure.
- Earn up to 20% commission on jobs sold. Commission varies based on size of job.
- Monthly $3,000 bonus for the sales contractor with the highest number of claims submitted.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales (roofing/construction sales preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
