This is a government program that benefits both employers and their employees, and it is completely free to them.
The commission for referring can be very lucrative!
As an agent, you would only be dealing with the employer.
As of January 2024, only about 5,000 of the approximately 10 million employers who would qualify even know about this, so the field of prospects is wide open.
Why do both conservative and liberal politicians like it?
Liberals like to give social programs.
Conservatives like to keep people employed.
Both like to keep Medicare and other public health costs down, which this does.
So it is very likely to be around for a long, long time.
What does the employer get?
The employer saves approximately $500 per employee a year with a FICA tax credit.
PHI has been shown to offer approximately 40% less turnover for most employers, especially in the lower income range, because the employees don’t want to lose the benefits they get.
What does the employee get?
The employee gets an enormous amount of benefits for his physical and mental health, including life insurance for himself alone.

What is the requirement to qualify?
The employer must have at least 3 W-2 employees earning at least $25K a year.
The employee or someone in his household just has to partake at least 4 times during the year of any of the benefits offered to remain qualified for the next year.
What do you get for securing a deal with an employer?
It takes 30-60 days to get paid once a deal closes.
You get $100 per employee:
$75.00 per employee when the deal takes effect.
$25.00 per employee 6 months later.
You get $1.00 a month per employee residual starting 13 months later.
You will get an amazing onetime bonus when you have a certain amount of employees whose employers you have deals with after 6 months:
1,000 employees = $25,000 bonus
5,000 employees = $100,000 bonus
25,000 employees = $500,000 bonus
100,000 employees = $1,500,000 bonus
Here is a Very Rare but Possible Example
One member secured a deal with an employer with 80,000 employees. She made $8 million on that deal: $6 million up front, will get another $2M 6 months later, and she will be getting $80,000 a month 13 months later!
