Position Overview
The Gleam Team Cleaning Co is looking for an enthusiastic Door-to-Door Representative to join our growing house cleaning company. You will be responsible for marketing our services to homeowners and encouraging them to book an appointment. Your goal will be to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by tailoring our service offerings specifically according to their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers in their homes to determine house cleaning needs and schedule appointments
Educate customers on products and services available, as well as promotions that fit their individual needs
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable answers and timely follow up
Track customer activity utilizing our CRM system
Submit orders and collections accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
Previous sales and/or customer service experience is required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven success working with the public in a sales environment is required
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Reliable as well as a valid driver's license is preferred
