That means relationships with our employees, our customers, and our community.What we offer:Competitive Pay Plan and great benefits!A/C and Heated ShopTraining for entry-level candidates401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee prices on sales and servicesHealth, Dental, Vision and Life and Disability InsurancePaid VacationPaid HolidaysState-of-the-art facility!Responsibilities - Body Shop Repair:Body Techs examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.Automotive Body Technicians remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window-and-seat-operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle body and fenders.Body Techs position dolly block against surface of dented area and beat opposite surface to remove dents, using hammer.Auto Body Techs fill depressions with body filler, using putty knife.Body Techs remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting torch.Bolt or weld replacement parts in position, using wrenches or welding equipment.Straighten bent automobile frames, using a pneumatic frame straightening machine.File, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.Refinish repaired surface, using paint spray gun and sander.Aim headlights, align wheels, and bleed hydraulic brake system.Paint surfaces after performing body repairs.Repair or replace defective mechanical partsQualifications and Requirements - Body Shop Repair Tech:I-Car Certification is preferred, but not required!Experience preferred, but entry-level candidates will be trainedMust hold valid driver's licenseTeam oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceMust take pride in your work in restoring vehicles to their pre-collision conditionWorking knowledge of shop equipmentApplicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screenWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment with regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
