Looking for skilled handyman/carpenter for home repairs on rental homes and investment properties. This is not a 40 hour per week job but I have enough properties that you would have at least some work most weeks. Ideal for an independent contractor or owner of a small company who needs to fill in some hours or someone who is looking to slow down and not work full-time. You will be an independent contractor receiving a 1099 and you will need your own truck/work van and tools.
Compensation would be by the job or hourly ($20-$40 per hour) depending on what we agree upon.
Minimum 5 years verifiable experience
Must be drug free. Illegal drug use will not be tolerated.
