Roles We’re Hiring For:
Field Technicians – Perform on-site evaluations, repairs, and coatings in wet wells, manholes, and related infrastructure.
Project Managers – Lead projects, manage client relationships, oversee field operations, and ensure the timely, efficient
completion of rehabilitation work.
Safety Managers – Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices, ensuring a secure work environment for all
staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, rehabilitate, and repair wet wells and manholes using industry-leading technologies and techniques.
Ensure quality and safety standards are met during all phases of the project.
Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide the most efficient, effective solutions.
Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Contribute to ongoing training and development in the latest rehabilitation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Prior experience in utilities construction, manhole rehabilitation, wet well rehabilitation, CIPP, pipe bursting, OSHA 30, masonry, cement, epoxy painting, equipment operator, CDL license is a plus.
Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing conditions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel.
A commitment to safety and a team-oriented mindset.
