Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Window Covering Installation and Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for professionally installing or cleaning blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Install or clean various types of window coverings (shutters, blinds, shades, etc.) with precision and care
Review installation instructions and product specifications to ensure proper placement and function
Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience
Troubleshoot installation issues and develop solutions on-site
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure job sites are left in excellent condition
Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment such as drills, levels, miter saws, and ladders
Transport products and equipment to job sites using a company vehicle
Qualifications:
Strong personal and communication skills; professional demeanor
Works well in a team environment and takes direction
Proficient with power tools and basic carpentry techniques
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
Prior experience in window coverings, carpentry, or related fields is a plus but not required
