Ashley Furniture Electro-Mechanical Technician FULL-TIME $28/hr, plus $5000 new hire bonus 333 Ashley Furniture Way, Advance, NC 27006 - Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery - Work with maintenance and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems to support the manufacturing process. Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: 3-2-2-3 Rotation. Example: Sun-Tue on, Wed-Thurs off, Fri-Sat on, Sun-Tue off, etc. Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 90 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Knowledge of with troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies - Knowledge of programming PLC’s, HMI’s as well as PC based systems a plus - Knowledge of working with three phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages a must. - Ability to use all shop tools - Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs Bonus $5000 new hire incentive Up to $5,000 in New Hire Incentives reimbursed after 180 days.
