Job Summary:            The Maintenance Lead is responsible for scheduling and directing the Maintenance Workers involved in one or more craft specialties; train and provide work directions and guidance while performing working in one or more of the skilled trades. Oversee planning and preparation of work orders for work to be performed by the respective maintenance departments to ensure the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
