As a Global Brand Manager for Senseo, you will be asked to shape and execute the brand strategy, lead impactful communication initiatives, and ensure global consistency of the Senseo brand. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:COMMUNICATION BRIEFING & ASSETS DEVELOPMENTBrief and deliver Senseo campaigns: build inspiring briefs aligned with the brand strategy and lead the relationship with our global agencies.Define and deliver communication strategies in collaboration with the JDE media team, maximizing impact across all touchpoints, and set media and investment guidelines with the Global Media team.Deliver inspiring global communication playbooks.BRAND GUIDELINES & VISUAL IDENTITY BUILDINGDevelop the brand visual identity guidelines consistently with the brand strategy.Create packaging and web design guidelines.BRAND GUARDIANSHIPServe as the global owner and guardian of Senseo's brand positioning, meaning, and visual identity.Align internal stakeholders to maximize adherence to global campaigns and ensure consistency of local assets with the brand vision.Ensure consistent brand presence across consumer touchpoints and markets in close collaboration with Digital, Ecommerce, DTC, and Versuni communication teams.BRAND IMAGE KPIS ANALYSESAnalyse brand KPIs and build recommendations to grow brand equity.Enhance and share best practices across countries by evaluating and enabling global roll-outs of these practices.Act as a role model and ambassador for JDE's marketing philosophy to internal stakeholders.SENSEO GLOBAL MARKETING BUDGETDefine and optimize Senseo's global marketing budget requirements.Coordinate the annual operating plan (AOP) and budget.
