The Senior EU Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing programs across key European markets. This role owns and advocates for regional European go-to-market strategy, including executing online and offline marketing initiatives such as email, paid search, webinars, social media, third-party content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM), partnerships, and events.As a senior member of the Demand Generation team, this role partners closely with European Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, Regulatory Experts, and Marketing Operations to lead coordinated regional campaigns, with AI-enabled experimentation and execution, that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable challenging existing approaches, championing new channels, optimizing performance through data, leveraging agentic go-to-market strategies, and communicating marketing impact clearly to regional stakeholders.What You’ll DoOwn European Marketing Campaign ExecutionLead the development and execution of regional marketing plans aligned to European revenue targets and quarterly pipeline goals.Translate global campaigns into localized European programs, adapting messaging, channels, and tactics based on regional market maturity and buying behavior.Lead the execution of conferences, partner activations, and hosted events, ensuring strong pre-event promotion and structured post-event follow-up with Sales.Scale and oversee digital marketing programs including a channel mix of agentic programs, email campaigns, paid search, paid social, webinars, third-party content syndication, and sales outreach with AI-assisted processes and marketing tools.Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure regional campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are set up correctly prior to launch and communicate business-critical outcomes.Test new regional channels, lead AI-assisted experimentation, and recommend campaign optimizations based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact. Align Marketing to Pipeline & Revenue GoalsPartner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define objectives, target accounts, and success metrics.Lead regional ABM execution in close collaboration with Sales and Demand Generation teams.Ensure lead capture processes are aligned with Marketing Operations and CRM workflows.Own the tracking of campaign performance for regional marketing initiatives and report on marketing funnel impact and marketing ROI. Drive regionalized marketing pipeline and revenue projections with AI analytics.Manage Budgets & VendorsOwn regional market budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across marketing programs based on ROI. Coordinate and oversee regional marketing initiatives with external agencies, event vendors, and partners. Identify and lead opportunities to improve processes, test new channels, and optimize campaign performance. Challenge the status quo by proposing new approaches, experimentation, and scalable regional marketing campaigns.
