Bravera Bank is hiring for a Digital Support Specialist with a focus area in Online Banking and Credit Cards in Bismarck, ND. We work together to drive continuous improvement which enhances the customers experience and keeps our organization moving forward.This position is responsible for handling Bravera Banks online account portfolio, assisting with credit card support and providing exceptional customer service.Measures of Success

Maintain Braveras online account platforms existing and new account portfolio by focusing on quality accounts and customer service.

Working closely with the Customer Experience and Digital Department to provide an exceptional customer experience to external and internal customers.

Be an ambassador for Bravera by using products and services offered.

Duties and Responsibilities

Help maintain our online deposit account portfolio during the initial customer journey stages with a large focus on maintaining quality deposit accounts (lending authority for overdraft review).

Review failed Deposit Switch (Atomic) attempts and contact the customer to assist in setup process.

Be able to use their time effectively and thoughtfully and can make wise decisions independently.

Work with the Customer Experience and Digital Department to create a consistent experience between all means of customer communication.

Will serve as an advisor to customers regarding credit card services and provide relevant education, as needed.

Maintain a working knowledge of all personal and business products to provide service and to cross-sell to current and future customers.

Complete daily/monthly credit card reports in a timely manner.

Know and follow current banking policies and regulations relating to the deposit and withdrawal of funds.

Customer problem resolution.

Participate on action teams as assigned

Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Bank.

Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of post-secondary education preferred.

3-5 years of banking experience or customer service experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
