As a principal-level leader, be at the forefront of orchestrating an ERP transformation focusing on modernizing PNNL’s Finance, Acquisitions, Travel, and Human Resources work practices and enabling technology.As the ERP Program Manager you will lead cross-functional teams, aligning objectives with business stakeholder needs. Drive multiple workstreams across various functions, ensuring visibility and transparency in reporting to leadership. Your role will be key in understanding requirements, managing complex interdependencies, working closely with business partners and system integrators, and steering project schedules from inception to completion in an agile framework. You will play a leadership role in defining goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes for project team.

Lead the full lifecycle of ERP assessment and implementation, focusing on finance, acquisitions, and human resources systems.

Expertly manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Facilitate negotiations between stakeholders and sponsors to define project scope and priorities.

Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to senior executive leadership.

Strategically prioritize ERP projects, balancing organizational needs with available resources.

Develop and communicate project documentation to business team leaders, ensuring clarity and regular updates.

Lead, direct, and influence significant business issues, leveraging extensive expertise to resolve challenges pertinent to key projects.

Provide strategic direction, fostering cohesiveness across project and program teams.

Proactively manage risks and resolve significant issues, ensuring the success of strategic initiatives.

Serve as an industry expert in agile project management, demonstrating command in defining long-range strategy.

Direct strategic initiatives, balancing hands-on involvement with high-level management.

Collaborate with the Digital Program Manager and the Change Management organization for integrated strategy implementation and successful change management.

Engage with laboratory staff and leadership for continuous feedback, process improvement, and sustainable solution implementation.

Program management experience leading, guiding, and influencing 50+ people on an implementation

The ERP Transformation Program Manager will need to be on-site in Richland, WA at least once a month.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

BS/BA and 13+ years of relevant project management experience -OR-

MS/MA or higher and 11 years of relevant project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Project/Program Management of large-scale IT projects and digital transformations

Strong ability to manage time/schedule/scope

ERP experience is preferred
