RESIDENTIAL FOSTER CARE POSITIONSQualified Residential Treatment ProgramFamily Engagement/Aftercare SpecialistDuties are devoted to provision of family engagement and up to 6 months aftercare service supports to best meet needs of youth resident and their family. Maintains ongoing contact with resident's family as liaison to resident's treatment in the facility. LBSW/LMSW or degree in behavioral science field licensed as required by field of practice, with 2 years children/family experience.
