Our team's main goal is to help clients find and maintain the best health insurance, executive benefits and retirement plans.Job description:We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and professional team member to provide full-time administrative and customer service support in our Bismarck, ND office. Candidates must be organized and self-motivated, possess superior communication skills and a flexible attitude, and excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Applicants must:
Be able to pass a background check and drug test
Have at least one year of experience in the finance or insurance industry
Have at least one year of experience in customer service in an office environment
Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Have Health and Life insurance licenses for ND, or be willing to acquire these within 90 days of hire
Be available to work in-office (hybrid/remote work is not available for this position)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting clients, answering/directing calls and taking detailed messages
Booking appointments and entering client info into database
Scanning, copying and filing
Replenishing office supplies/brochures
Providing service for clients with their current insurance/benefit plans
Once licensed, conducting meetings with clients for new sales and insurance renewals
Compensation includes:
Starting Wage of $18.00 - $22.00/hour (based upon job skills and experience)
