We’re looking for reliable candidates to fill multiple manufacturing, production, and forklift positions in the Bismarck surrounding area! Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, production, janitorial, or any fast-paced work environment is a plus.
- Ability to assist with production and assembly of products.
- Comfortable operating basic machinery and equipment with training and supervision.
- Help organize and prepare materials for production runs.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with various tasks as needed.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, designs, or specifications (preferred but not required).
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday.
- Shifts depending on position: 1st or 2nd shift options available.
- 40 hours per week + overtime (as needed).
Pay:
- Competitive pay, ranging from $18/hr to $23+/hr based on position and experience.
- Weekly pay, every Friday.
