Position Title: Finish Carpentry and Cabinetry Installer
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented finish carpenters and cabinetry installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with high-quality carpentry work, including the installation of custom cabinetry, moldings, trims, and other fine woodwork components in residential and commercial settings. You will be responsible for executing precision installations that meet our rigorous standards and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinetry, moldings, trims, and other fine woodwork with a high level of precision.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Measure, cut, and assemble wood components on-site to fit custom spaces.
Perform finish work on cabinetry and carpentry, ensuring smooth finishes and seamless integration.
Collaborate with contractors, designers, and other trades to achieve the desired look and function.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in finish carpentry and cabinetry installation.
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques in finish carpentry.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications.
Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique site conditions.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
