Job Description

The Supply Manager duties and responsibilities include purchasing, inventory, managing and delivering all materials and other supplies needed for the successful completion of projects. Must effectively communicate with the team, including the Owner, Business & Operations Manager, Operations Assistant, Project Managers, Lead Specialists and Specialists. The ability to communicate via phone effectively, text and email is essential. Works with outside vendors as well.

Our Supply Manager will provide the following services:

  • Organize supplies needed for jobs
  • Deliver supplies to Projects
  • Track supplies used on each job for invoicing
  • Load/unload vans
  • Deliver items to consignors and auctioneers, as needed
  • Deliver items for donation to non-profits
  • Set up and oversee inventory system
  • Purchase supplies from vendors
  • Keep storage units clean and organized
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of van
  • Fill vans with gas
  • Work on projects as needed
  • Complete errands on behalf of business
  • Provide the highest level of client service to our team members and clients
  • Initiate and maintain communication with team members
  • Complete online, in-office, and on-site trainings
  • Participate in Team Meetings

Qualifications

Our ideal candidates have a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. This candidate will be able to work 4+ days per week (Monday - Friday). Should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work physically for a minimum of 6 hours a day and have a clean driving record.

This candidate is highly flexible, teachable, adaptable to different personalities, a team player and comfortable with technology. Strong organizational skills and willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges are a plus.

A high school graduate or GED equivalent is required. Must have references, clean driving record and allow for a background check; be insurable/bondable.
