We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to join our team in Charlotte, United States. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for Recommend sales forecast, discount targets, budgeted expenditures, monitor deviations and initiate corrective actions to achieve sales and profit (C2) goals.Implement operational company policies and strategies consistent with approved procedures in line with the achievement of company objectives.Analyze and report business conditions within the district and recommend actions to immediate superior.Select, develop, train and motivate Territory Sales personnel to maximize a productivity level, positive morale, and most effective utilization of individual and group potential.Schedule and conduct regular business travel & performance evaluation of direct reports to achieve individual annual developmental goals.Align sales territories to ensure optimum market deviation.Establish and cultivate Key and New account relationships for further sales growth.Direct efforts of sales group in achieving a highly visual position in product specifications.Perform AD HOC duties and activities as directed by immediate superior.Work with the team to develop quotations and presentations for new business. Provide analysis to show profitability of new account to justify any capital expenditure.Ensure active participation of the BU in selected local trade organizations/associations.
