The Operations Planning Manager will support program and project initiatives across the 20-state footprint in Field Operations while reporting to the Manager Program & Project Management. This individual will partner and collaborate with field operations managers and project managers on the Network Transformation team to provide valuable analytics, financial support, and project tracking of initiatives that drive volume reduction efforts.  The person filling this role will act as a key point of contact for the VP and Director of Business Operations Support when it comes to financial reporting and performance metrics.  The Main ResponsibilitiesLead a regular cadence of financial and project report-out meetings with the Field Operations Managers and the Network Transformation team seeking to identify, track, and summarize our key initiatives and status of our operational expense reduction effortsBe a main contributor to, and participant in, regularly scheduled executive presentationsAssist in business case development, validation, and implementationLead several initiative teams, providing direction to participants and partners based on findings and changes in the businessPerform financial and operational trend analyses that will be widely distributed to SLT leadershipPartner with middle management to identify opportunity areas for processes and procedures related to reporting and operational effectivenessMonitor and analyze operational drivers of key performance indicatorsSupport the VP and Director of Business Operations Support with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as needed
