As an Enrolled Nurse at our Cranbourne North village, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting residents with their clinical and personal care needs, and contributing to a positive, homelike environment.What you will do:Deliver resident care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting observations.Support and guide Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of care.Draft and contribute to resident care plans under RN supervision.Lead by example, coaching and motivating PCWs on your shift.Monitor resident wellbeing, identify and report risks or issues, and ensure infection control practices are followed.Complete assessments, assist with examinations, and provide culturally appropriate education to residents and families.Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and the wider clinical team.This is a casual role, offering shifts on an as-needed basis.Please click here to view the full job description.
