Job Title: Housekeeping StaffJob Summary: The Housekeeping Staff plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors within the Domestic and Sexual Violence Program facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout all areas of the facility.Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in all common areas, offices, and client rooms.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.```{=html}```

- Ensure all trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly and disposed of appropriately.```{=html}```

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock levels.```{=html}```

- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.```{=html}```

- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, and client activities as needed.```{=html}```

- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility damage to the Facilities Manager promptly.```{=html}```

- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their belongings at all times.```{=html}```

- Adhere to program policies and procedures related to housekeeping and facility operations.```{=html}```

- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a supportive and respectful environment for clients and colleagues.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field.```{=html}```
