As the Residential Manager, you will supervise residential staff and manage day-to-day operations of the facility while maintaining a supportive environment for both patients and staff. Youll play a critical role in overseeing patient care, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall success of the residential recovery program.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and evaluate residential staff.

Manage facility needs, including scheduling, maintenance, and supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

:::

2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare.

Valid drivers license.

CPR/AED, first aid, and Narcan training (or ability to obtain).

Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certification (or ability to obtain).
