Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner. Make every effort to satisfy the customers needs in regards to their automotive repair.
Provides a complete and accurate supplement for labor and parts.
Contacts Insurance companies to verify where final payment is.
Assist in establishing "promised time", schedule appointments and obtaining customer and vehicle information prior to appointments.
Work with the Parts Manager in managing the Technicians and the scheduling of repairs to maximize work efficiency and quality of work performed.
Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
Review all final bills billings prior to delivery of the vehicle.
Review the completed vehicle to check quality and thoroughness.
Follows all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Experience working in automotive industry.
Sales experience preferred.
Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, CCC, and Audatex.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
