JOB DESCRIPTION: To develop proficiency and provide assistance in supervising Caribou operations and merchandising. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and positive working conditions for employees.JOB TYPE: Full time-40 hours/weekLOCATION: Gateway WestRESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with Hornbacher's Caribou specialist and store manager
Promotes and develops Caribou culture
Trains team members
Creates a neighborhood gathering place
Upholds Caribou customer service standards
Responsible for safety and sanitation
Involved in performance management activities: performance appraisals, disciplinary action, regular feedback
Focuses on efforts to maximize profits and increase salesQUALIFICATIONS: Applicant should have proven leadership and problem solving skills. Candidate should possess strong communication and relational skills.
