Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant (Critical Care Nurse)

As a Clinical Services Implementation Specialist (CSIC) you will lead the clinical implementations of HPM (Hospital Patient Monitoring) solutions with customers in the Serve as a clinical resource to patient monitoring customers in Southern ID, Northern Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming.Your role:

In this role you will consult and partner with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant (CSDC), Clinical Solution Workflow Consultant (CSWC), and sales to design, plan, and oversee delivery and position of complex HPM solutions throughout the customer lifecycle (could be single or multi-year engagements). You will have responsibility for managing the overall scope, budget, and resources for the clinical solutions.

You will participate in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality) and hold a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s).

You will configure or manages the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.

Will be responsible for conducting workflow analysis and consulting on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.

You will capably guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions and coach and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.

You will analyze the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.

Attend seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.

Identify application issues, investigate, and resolve issues or identify potential defects.

This position requiresovernight travel, estimated to be 75%- that could look like departing your house on Sunday evening for a Monday meeting, and returning Monday or Tuesday, or it could be departing on another day of the week and returning same or different day. There could be weeks requiring travel to multiple hospital sites, all depending on work planned for the week.

You're the right fit if:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related science and at least 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, or a Master’s degree with a least 3 years of related experience. You also possess a current nursing license.

You preferable have previous experience with Philips Patient Monitoring products.

You have previous IT Project Manager; Certified PM (PMP) is preferred.

You have experience using Word, Excel, PPT (Sales Force)

Ideally you will have the following or similar certifications:

Consulting course (ex. E2C)

Change Management Course (ex. Internal Philips Change Management Course)

Business Improvement Processes (ex. Six Sigma)

Project Management Associate (PMA) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP)

Nursing Informatics Certification (ANA)

You are experienced and skilled with consulting and negotiation.

You have experience with data analysis.

You must be able to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
