Salary Range: $15.00 - $23.00Department DetailsFast paced dialysis clinic with flexible scheduleJob SummaryThe Database Coordinator will focus on database clean-up, database reporting, running queries and completing development projects as assigned. Responsible for documenting processes and procedures for standardized data input. Collects and submits reliable data to the ACS BSCN database (MBSAQIP) (American College of Surgeons Bariatric Surgery Center Network). Submits data for all bariatric procedures, examines and compiles data, and identifies clinical quality improvement opportunities to ensure Sanford maintains a Bariatric Center of Excellence designations with the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).QualificationsAssociate degree required with an emphasis in a healthcare related field with a bachelor's degree preferred.Two years' experience within a healthcare setting preferred as well as previous experience in a clinical surgery setting.Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) training required following the hiring process.
