SummaryJob DescriptionThe objective of this role is to work directly with Regional Practice Directors as they work with Veteran Financial Professionals to help grow and develop the FP practice. This position will provide multiple levels of support to the Veteran Business Unit by providing direct support to RFO Leadership, and oversight for client experience protocols implemented by the RFO Shared resources and utilized by the FP practices.Responsibilities

Provide a high level of communication/coordination of events and schedules across the business unit/field leaders.

Analyze and make recommendations for FP practice growth and development. This includes utilization of RFO Shared Resources and FP staffing needs.

Hold FP and Staff (Shared and FP) accountable to ensure understanding of work flow expectations.

Develop and facilitate FP staff training within the RFO.

Identify opportunities for deeper business strategies within FP book of business.

Assist in development and execution of Client Service Model for Director(s)

Provide administrative support to one or more Regional Practice Director. This may include, but not be limited to: calendar scheduling for JFW and COI meetings; enter expense reports; field incoming calls and emails; respond to information requests; curriculum execution.

Coordinate meetings and conferences with internal staff and external resources, which may include preparing materials for those meetings and overall event planning activities.

Qualifications

LHA required, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

3-5 years of relevant management or leadership experience.

Experience or understanding of the Financial Services industry.

Highly proficient technical/PC skills; expert user of software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PeopleSoft, etc.).

Strives to exceed customer expectations; comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Strong knowledge of FP Staff selection, licensing, hiring and contracting process is desirable.

Skills to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including experience managing up the reporting hierarchy.

Experience providing accountability guidance and having “tough” conversations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Customer service skills an asset.

Superb organizational and time management skills.

Ability to take complex concepts and simplify, for greater understanding.

Prior experience coaching others (preferred).

Other Critical Factors

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

This position is open to the possibility of someone working remote but willing to travel within the geographic region
