Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures by developing project strategies
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Manage information flow, monitoring progress, tracking paperwork, updating team members and ensuring project deadlines are met
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout assigned project
